2.2 Product Availability

All items are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will notify you promptly and offer a refund or a suitable alternative.

2.3 Product Purpose

Our products are designed to support and nurture wildlife. It is your responsibility to use them as intended and in accordance with any provided instructions for the health and safety of the animals.

3. Orders and Payment

3.1 Placing an Order

By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase goods under these terms. We will send an order confirmation by email. A contract is formed only when we dispatch your order and send a shipping confirmation.

3.2 Pricing and Payment

Prices are listed in US Dollars. We accept payment via Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal. Payment is processed securely at checkout. You must provide accurate billing information.

3.3 Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. During busy periods, processing may take slightly longer.

4. Shipping and Delivery

4.1 Shipping Areas

We ship globally to most regions, excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia. You are responsible for ensuring your shipping address is correct and deliverable.

4.2 Shipping Methods and Costs

  • Standard Shipping: Cost is $12.95. Carrier is DHL or FedEx. Estimated delivery is 10-15 business days after dispatch.
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50. Carrier is EMS. Estimated delivery is 15-25 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates only. Delays can occur due to customs, weather, or carrier issues. Tracking information will be provided.

4.3 Import Duties and Taxes

For international orders, you are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by your country. These are not included in our prices or shipping costs.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

You may return most items within 15 days of receiving your shipment. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

5.3 Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and approve the return. Standard shipping fees are non-refundable. For free shipping orders, a $12.95 deduction may apply.

5.4 Non-Returnable Items

For health, safety, and sanitary reasons, the following cannot be returned unless damaged or defective upon arrival:

  • Opened or used bird food and consumables (seed mixes, fat balls, bundles).
  • Opened health & hygiene products.
  • Personalized or custom items.
  • Items marked “Final Sale.”

5.5 Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Contact us immediately at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a prepaid return or replacement at no cost to you.
