  4. Inspection and Processing
    Our team will inspect the return upon receipt (typically within 3-5 business days).

Refund Timeline & Method

  • Processing Time: After we receive and approve your return, please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be processed.
  • Refund Method: The refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). The time it takes to appear in your account depends on your bank or provider’s policies.
  • Original Shipping Costs: Standard shipping fees are non-refundable. If you received free shipping, the value of the standard shipping fee ($12.95) may be deducted from your refund.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

To ensure the health and safety of wildlife and our customers, the following items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Bird Food & Consumables: All opened or used bags of Bird Seed Mixes, Fat Balls for Birds, Badger Food, Duck & Swan Food, and Bird Food Bundles.
  • Health & Hygiene Products: Opened items from the Health & Hygiene category for sanitary reasons.
  • Personalized or Custom Items: Any products that have been customized or made to order.
  • Final Sale Items: Any items marked as “Final Sale” at the time of purchase.

Exception for Damaged/Defective Items: If you receive any of the above items in a damaged or defective condition, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos, and we will resolve the issue promptly.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Your satisfaction is our priority. If your order arrives damaged, is defective, or if you received the wrong item:
